EPS95 पेंशन धारकों की मांगों के समर्थन में मा.श्रीमती हेमा मालिनी जी ,सांसद, मथुरा की अब मा.श्रममंत्री को गुहार.
NAC के प्रतिनिधियों की प्रधानमंत्री जी के साथ मीटिंग करवाने व स्मरण पत्र देने के बाद अब मा. श्रीमती हेमा मालिनी जी ने लिखा मा. श्रममंत्री जी को यह विशेष पत्र:-
विशेष पत्र में लिखी EPS 95 पेंशन धारकों की विस्तार से व्यथा. सेवा निवृत्ति के बाद उन्हें परिवार व समाज में सम्मान सहित जीने के लिए उचित पेंशन मिलने का किया जिक्र.
यह EPS95 पेंशन धारक "मुझे बार बार मिले व एक लोक प्रतिनिधि होने के नाते इनकी अवस्था देखकर मैं व्यथित हो गई " इन शब्दों का किया गया पत्र में उल्लेख.
हमारे प्रतिनिधियों के साथ मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी के साथ हुई चर्चा का विशेष उल्लेख लेकिन" EPS 95 पेंशन धारकों की मांगों को मंजूर करना,अभी भी प्रलंबित है" यह पत्र में लिखा.
पत्र के अंत में मा. श्रीमती हेमा मालिनी द्वारा लिखा गया हैं कि मुझे आशा ही नहीं बल्कि पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आप शीघ्र ही न्याय प्रदान करेंगे जिससे यह लाखों EPS95 पेंशन धारकों के जीवन में मुस्कान आये और वे परिवार व समाज में सम्मानित जीवन जी सकें.
ज्ञातव्य हो कि यह EPS95 पेंशन धारक कमांडर अशोक राऊत,राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ,राष्ट्रीय संघर्ष समिति(NAC) के नेतृत्व में पिछले 3 वर्षों से पेंशन धारकों की माँगों को मंजूर हेतु ,अपनी आवाज को प्रधानमंत्री जी तक पहुचाने के लिए संघर्षरत हैं. तहसील स्तर से लेकर दिल्ली स्तर तक हजारों आंदोलन करने के बाद मा. श्रम मंत्री जी की अपील पर सभी आंदोलन बापिस ले लिए गए हैं केवल संगठन के मुख्यालय महाराष्ट्र के बुलढाणा में पिछले 640 दिनों से क्रमिक अनशन शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से अभी भी जारी है.
मा. हेमा मालिनी जी व मा.प्रधानमंत्री जी ने हम पेंशन धारकों की करुणा भरी पुकार को सुना व अब मा. श्रममंत्री जी मा.श्रीमती हेमा मालिनी के विशेष पत्र के अनुसार हमें शीघ्र न्याय प्रदान करेंगे जिससे 640 दिनों से जारी "बुलढाणा क्रमिक अनशन" भी समाप्त हो व 65 लाख पेंशन धारकों के परिवार जनों के जीवन में खुशहाली आये. संगठन के राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष श्री आशाराम जी शर्मा (मथुरा)को भी शत शत नमन.

After holding the meeting of the representatives of the NAC with the Hon Prime Minister and reminding him again by a letter, now Hon Mrs. Hema Malini ji wrote This special letter to the Hon Labor Minister: -
In details she explained the grief of EPS 95 pension holders.
She
insisted soon the life after retirement and hue it is important that
to live with respect and deginity in the family and the society.
The EPS95 pension holders have been harassed repeatedly.
Despite the meeting with our Hon PM and promises the "approval of EPS 95 pension holders is still pending"
At the end of the letter. It has been written by Hon Mrs. Hema Malini that I have not only hope but also I am confident that you will soon provide justice so that it brings smiles in the lives of millions of EPS95 pension holders and they can lead a dignified life in family and society.
It is to be known that this EPS95 Pension Holders are fighting under the leadership of Commander Ashok Raut, National President,.
They are struggling to convey their voice to the Hon Prime Minister for the last 3 years to approve their demands under the National Agitation Committee (NAC). They have carried out thousands of agitations from Tehsil level to Delhi level. However, On the appeal of the Hon Labor Minister, all the agitations of the NAC have been withdrawn and only in Buldhana,( Maharashtra) the Headquarters of the organization, the Chain Hunger Strike is going on for the last 640 days peacefully.
Since the Hon. Prime Minister heard
the passionate call of pensioners and the most companionate the
symbol of Matru shakti Hon Smt. Hema Malini ji, the Hon Labor Minister
will give us speedy justice, so that the "Buldhana chain hunger strike
from 640 days will also end and the lives of 65 lakh pension holders
will see the dignity.
